Monzo Premium users can now track and submit insurance claims via app
This collaboration aims to provide a convenient way for users to track and submit insurance claims within the Monzo app, specifically for embedded travel protection.
Through the integration of Qover’s embedded insurance orchestration platform, Monzo Premium account holders can access a tailored travel insurance solution. The insurance coverage is underwritten by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd UK, a well-established multi-line insurer.
The partnership brings several benefits to users, including automated insurance certificate generation and real-time reporting. These features enhance the overall user experience by simplifying the insurance process and improving efficiency.
