LC Financial Holdings acquires BCM Global to strengthen its position in European credit market
The acquisition, announced on 1 September 2023, will help LCFH expand its operations in Europe and offer a wider range of services to its customers.
BCM Global operates in Ireland, the UK, Italy, and the Netherlands. It provides various services, including commercial and residential mortgage origination and management, outsourcing of banking administration activities, and structured finance administration. The company has a strong track record of innovation and customer service.
The acquisition of BCM Global is a major strategic move for LCFH. It will help the company achieve its goal of becoming a leading provider of credit management services in Europe. The combined entity will manage over €100bn assets and serve almost 7m customers.
