The framework, underpinned by a dynamic mentoring model, offers a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices, and equips adjusters with the tools, skills, and knowledge necessary to advance in their careers.

The framework is designed to elevate the development of all professionals in the sector, irrespective of their level of experience, and to address the industrywide challenges posed by a shortage of skilled talent.

“Empowering loss adjusters to reach their full personal and professional potential is a legacy I am deeply committed to,” said Diego Ascani, CEO of Sedgwick in Australia. “The art and science of loss adjusting offers an exciting, industry-leading roadmap that equips adjusters with the tools, skills, and knowledge necessary to advance in their careers.”

The framework is expected to foster the career progression of Sedgwick’s loss adjusters, enhance operational efficiency, elevate capabilities, and raise the bar for consistent and exemplary service standards – all of which ultimately benefit customers.

Tony Morgan, Sedgwick’s national executive adjuster in Australia, commented on the initiative: “I am immensely proud of the progress we have made with this initiative. Its relevance is particularly pronounced as the broader market contends with talent shortages and ongoing demographic shifts. This endeavour will propel the loss-adjusting industry forward, and I am grateful to everyone who contributed to it.”
