Woodgate & Clark and Rocket ES partner to digitise claims data collection

Digital transformation - concept

The new solution, Rocket Reporting, is a tablet-friendly software application that allows loss adjusters to gather information and images from claimants more efficiently and flexibly. It also puts the claimant’s feedback at the heart of the process, ensuring their needs are met.

Nick Turner, head of surveying at Woodgate & Clark, said: “The quality of information gathering on a site visit to a claimant determines the course of that claim. However, much of that process has remained inflexible, with rigid question sets that can be irrelevant to the claim. This can waste time and create a poor experience for the claimant at a time when empathy is vital.”

“Our Rocket Reporting application addresses all of these challenges head-on. The flexible nature of the solution means loss adjusters can gather information pertinent to that claim in less time and create a digital report from a site visit at the touch of a button.”

In addition to streamlining the claims process for claimants and loss adjusters, Rocket Reporting makes it easier for insurers to process claims more quickly. The digital reports can be machine-read by insurers, which can help to speed up the claims settlement process.

Dieter Schäfer, managing director of Rocket Enterprise Solutions, said: “We are delighted to partner with Woodgate & Clark on this innovative project. We share their passion for efficient claims processing and believe that our technology can help them to improve the claims experience for all stakeholders.”

The partnership between Woodgate & Clark and Rocket ES is a significant step forward in digitising the insurance claims process. It is a move that is likely to benefit both claimants and insurers, and it is expected to be adopted by other loss adjusters.
