Quadrassist pioneers zero-emission Desktop Adjusting Service

Sustainable

This aims to reduce carbon emissions associated with traditional loss adjustment methods in a significant move towards sustainability and efficiency.

This innovative service, currently handling low-value property claims up to £10,000, utilises photos and video calls to assess property damage, enabling Quadrassist surveyors to provide accurate repair estimates and schedules. This remote approach streamlines the claims process, expediting settlements for policyholders.

“Desktop adjusting has long been an industry aspiration, but its successful implementation required a deep understanding of building construction and insurance claims,” stated Martin Cornes, director of Quadrassist. “Our team’s expertise in both domains has enabled us to overcome this challenge and bring this service to life.”

Cornes further highlighted the environmental benefits of Quadrassist’s Desktop Adjusting Service, emphasising its alignment with insurers’ sustainability goals. “Insurers are actively seeking ways to reduce their carbon footprint, and our technology provides a viable solution that enhances efficiency and contributes to environmental stewardship,” he added.

With plans to expand the service to higher-value claims, Quadrassist is poised to revolutionise the loss adjustment landscape, offering a seamless, cost-effective, and environmentally conscious approach to property insurance claims.
