Sonny Patel joins Socotra as chief product and tech officer

In this crucial position, Patel will lead Socotra’s product and engineering teams in collaboration with product architect Matt Hamilton, who is responsible for the company’s platform strategy and product development.

Patel has a strong background in AI and over two decades of experience in product development at companies like Dell, Microsoft, and Amazon. She holds an MBA in strategy & entrepreneurship from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a master’s degree in computer science from Texas A&M University.
