Swiss insurer Mobiliar implements ChatGPT for employees

Mobiliar CEO Michèle Rodoni said that she is pleased that the company has found a way to use the advantages of ChatGPT while also protecting its data. She also noted that Mobi-ChatGPT can make work easier for employees internally and that the company is always focused on people when using technology.

Mobiliar has been using artificial intelligence (AI) for several years. For example, customers who record a claim online are supported by AI, emails that arrive at the subsidiaries Mobi24 and Protekta are forwarded to the right place by AI, and an AI translation tool ensures that Mobiliar terminology is used correctly in all company languages.

Mobiliar plans to develop further AI applications following a call for potential AI application areas, which resulted in 90 suggestions being submitted by employees within a few weeks.
